Heather Lamb’s depth of experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data has been valuable to drive adoption and strategic direction of advanced analytic concepts to Fortune 500 companies. Her primary strength is relaying complicated marketing concepts simply, based on her robust experience with direct mail, website analytics, and all digital marketing tactics.
Over her career, Heather has completed multiple disruptive projects, primarily focused on customer behavior as a marketing strategy opposed to customer demographics only. Her clients have been able to see significant gains in conversion and long-term success because of both her data analysis work and straight-forward implementation.
Heather’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from the University of Florida, a Master’s of Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, a Big Data and Social Analytics certification from MIT, and long-term and ongoing certifications in digital marketing applications, including (but not limited to) Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Digital Marketing, WebTrends, and Oracle Responsys. She has multiple articles that have been picked up by Google Analytics and Orbit Media, and has been the keynote speaker for both AMA and AAF annual conventions.
